When I saw the initial video on this puzzle, my major thought was: "Oh, I could make that, couldn't I." I did a lot of work to make this as user-friendly as possible, intuitive keyboard controls even when it's just, stuck in a web browser. Give it a shot.

The sheer power of ffmpeg, locally, on your android device.
The big need for this is to be able to transcode on your own device in a no-network scenario, for compression / editing / etc.
Last attempt at this, the hurdle was "Android's default security means you don't have access to your own video encoder/decoder from C."

Taking Tactics RPGs where they've never gone before: To the Hex Grid!
Hex Grids and their adjacency rules have done a lot for TTRPGs and the feel therein, with AoE rules and movement. Let's take those to the world of the TRPG and see how it goes.
The goal is to have a good editor UI and be able to make and release games a la RPGMaker. Godot and its scripting engine will likely make this easy to accomplish and have really Fleshed Out.
Before I take this project any further, I need to get it out of Unity, for, Obvious Reasons.
